Eye Exercises To Keep Your Eyes Strong And Healthy

  1. Rub your both hands together when you feel  warm put it in your eyes do not put much pressure.
  2. Look upward and hold your eyes in this position for a few seconds then look down and hold eyes in this position for a few seconds.
  3. Now, look at the upper and lower corner of your eyes this is also the same eye movement as mention above.
