ASSIGNMENT:
Organizations today are shifting their focus from the traditional corporate culture to being global, improving their people, working with competitors and introducing shared values. These are some of the facets of “quality change” that have come about in the organizations today.
As a TQM student, you must research and identify ONE multinational organization that has successfully shifted its corporate culture in any way. You must present your answer in table format as shown in the table “Shifting Focus of Corporate Culture” in Lesson 9.
